Before You Book

How It Works

Almost every service starts with a virtual visit so Dr. Croom can assess your pet, review history, and build the right plan before any in-home visit is scheduled. The only exception is the Last Wishes service.

Book a Virtual Visit

Start with a virtual consultation. Dr. Croom meets you and your pet online — reviewing history, assessing movement, and understanding your goals. Michigan clients can receive prescriptions. All other states receive holistic guidance only.

Get Your Care Plan

After the virtual visit Dr. Croom creates a personalized care plan — including recommended services, herb or supplement support, nutrition guidance, and next steps tailored specifically to your pet.

In-Home or Ongoing Virtual Care

Depending on your pet’s needs, Dr. Croom either comes to your home for hands-on care like chiropractic — or continues supporting you virtually with follow-up consultations, herb guidance, and ongoing wellness support.
