If a Video Visit is not what you want, and you prefer a 20 minute phone consultation about what's going on with your pet, this is the correct option. You may not have internet, and this short consult is great for asking several questions so Dr. Croom can give you advice.
Please Note: We have reinstated Veterinary Home Visits, but will be taking extra precautions for prevent the spread of COVID-19.
For our safety and yours, prior to any HOME VISIT, a virtual exam is required first. This virtual exam is called Video Vet Appointment, and it allows you to have a One-on-One discussion with Dr. Croom about your pet’s condition and lets the Doctor see your pet on video. For those who do not have access to wifi for the video, or would prefer a phone consultation, that is an option too. The Video Vet Appointment IS CONSIDERED AN ANNUAL EXAM, which will allow Dr. Croom to create a prescription for your pet if needed. After the Video Vet Appointment, you may elect to have Dr. Croom come to you for a Home Visit.
For those needing an At Home Euthanasia, you do NOT NEED a Video consult, and this is called our Last Wishes Service. We come right to your home for that. But if you need a second opinion, or Quality of Life consultation, you will choose the Video Vet Appointment for that.
We request that the client and their family wear a mask during our Home Visits. If you are feeling ill before your appointment, or if you or anyone in your home has been diagnosed with COVID-19, please call immediately to cancel, reschedule, or switch to Video Vet Appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if necessary to protect our staff and other clients.
